Flying is learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss.

As teachers, we throw ourselves against the wind, and like paper planes, we take flight. We soar. High. Up and up we go, and we circle. As we observe, we investigate and as we glide, we land back on the ground.  Then, we start all over again, we let our practice take us further, longer, as we go, we learn, we experience, we teach, i-Teach. i-Teacher.
